Three For Free!

One of the things we love about running the welovebearwood blog is finding out about all the different clubs, associations and events which take place in Bearwood.

Three FREE (our favourite word!) events have caught our eye for this week and we've added them to our What's On In Bearwood page (right here!).

whoop!  whoop! drum roll!...Starting on Tuesday 3rd June The Bearwood Book Club's next get together at the Dog (Hagley Road) at 8pm.

The book they will be discussing is A Tale For The Time Being by Ruth Ozeki. If you've read this critically acclaimed book or want to find out more about the book club's next book why not pop along tomorrow night.  You can find out more details by emailing Daniel Cairns at dancarins@phonecoop.coop. New book worms are always welcome!

Welovebearwood are proud to announce that the Beorma Border Morris Dancers have defected from Kings Heath and moved to Bearwood. As you probably see from their photo this morris dancing posse are a fascinating bunch and they would love to see you join in with their practice which takes place every Wednesday night at The Bear at 8pm.  You can find out more by emailing them at beormamorris@gmail.com.

Then to round off the week, Samba Lounge in association with the one and only Professor Firestick are hosting the third Sunday Acoustic Session.

The music starts at 2pm and we've been promised that you won't be disappointed.
